Shane Carter

Over the years I have had the pleasure learning from people like Ivan Balabonov, Michael Ellis and Karen Pryor to name a few. I have cultivated my training and play styles by continuing my education, which I highly encourage any professional you hire to have that attribute! Learning never stops, no matter if I’m training a dog in pet obedience, behavior modification or competition sports. Because I believe this so highly I have had the pleasure of being a UPF, UPPCC, ABNA, ABRA, AMA, ABA, and Iron Dog judge. As well as a Senior Judge for ATAN & ACAL. When I’m not judging a competition I am helping my clients reach their goals, whether that’s supporting them one on one, at group training or supporting them at dog events! Click Here for More!

Gregory Baray-Carter

My journey started since birth, my dad training dogs day in and day out propelled my education by tenfold. I found my love for working dogs through the strong encouragement from my father, Shane. Years back my father and I drove to Colorado Springs, originally to get his IPO helper classification. My father then asked the teaching helper if I could get United Schutzhund Club of America helper classification and thats the story of how I became classified at just the age of thirteen. My education continued to expand as I was asked to be a helper a USCA trail. My father also taught me to do bite suit decoy work for many of our clients to prepare them for trails & personal protection work. Currently, I am a vet technician in Ohio as my significant other attends veterinary school at Ohio State.

Alicia Greyhair

My journey started ten years ago with Prince. Prince was my first dog ever. He’s eagerness to learned & excitement reactivity sparked my fascination with dog training. I took my education into my own hands starting with psychology, dog training books and online courses. Jasper, the dog photoed here, only pushed me further into my dog trainer journey as he suffered from human reactivity. I have had a few mentors over the years, I am proud to say Shane has been vital part to my education! Now I am dedicated to sharing my knowledge while continuing my education and helping other dog owners!
